Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or size exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are unable to complete your request through the portal, you can contact us at hello@kim-kimmy.in with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Returns and exchanges must be approved before being sent back. Items sent to us without first requesting a return or exchange through the portal or by contacting us will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. When applicable, we may provide a return shipping label. Return shipping eligibility may vary depending on the reason for the return, product condition, and serviceability of the pickup address.

Size Exchanges

We are happy to help with size exchanges, subject to stock availability. To request a size exchange, please use our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 30 days of delivery:

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please submit your request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal as soon as possible:

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or are missing tags

  • Innerwear, socks, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items, unless defective or incorrectly sent

  • Personal care, feeding, diapering, or hygiene products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items, unless defective or incorrectly sent

  • Custom, personalized, or special order items

Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected once received. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility conditions above, or if there are signs of use, damage, missing tags, missing packaging, or suspected abuse of the policy.

If a return is not approved after inspection, we will contact you with the next steps.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or UPI provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
